In re: ELI GARLAND . DECEASED.
This is to certify that I Eli Garland on this 4th day of Dec. 1915 A.D. do bequeath to my widow so long as she remains the widow of the late Eli Garland my house and all that I possess after she changes her name she forfeits all claims but should she remain a widow until her death it falls in the hands of his three sons Alfred, Reuben and Edward and also if she changes her name it falls in the possession of his three sons also it is my desire if one of the said sons should want the house he has to pay the sum of one hundred 100 dollars to each of his brothers and the said brothers is to care for the two sisters Alice and Isabelle till they come to the age of 18 years Signed Eli Garland X Witness Geo.
