Will of Edwin Clarke

IN RE:   EDWIN CLARKE. DECEASED

Last will and Testament I, Edwin Clarke, of St. John's, in the Island of Newfoundland, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, Declare this to be my last will and Testament.

    1. I devise to my wife, Anna Clarke, the dwelling house No. 26 William Street, in the City of St. John's for the remainder of her life. After her death the said dwelling house to become the property of my son, Allan Clarke.
    2. I give and bequeath to my said wife, her heirs and assigns, all household goods, chattels and effects and furniture.
    3. I give and bequeath to my said wife, all the rest residue and remainder of all moneys which may remain at the Bank or elsewhere at the time of my death for her use and maintenance
