Will of Edward Tobin

In re EDWARD TOBIN. DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen, I Edward Tobin of St. John's being very sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament as regards such worldly estate I am possessed of in this life I give and bequeath in the following manner and form, First I give and bequeath to my daughters Ellen, Mary and Teresa Tobin all my right, title and interest in and to the dwelling now in my occupancy and all other property that I am possessed of personal or real and I appoint my son Joseph Tobin sole executor.

As witness my hand this twenty fifth day of February one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven
