IN RE: EDWARD PHELAN. DECEASED
This is the last will of me Edward Phelan of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland farmer and I revoke all former wills by me made I appoint John Dwyer of St. John's aforesaid farmer executor of this my will. I give devise and bequeath all property of whatsoever kind I die possessed of in equal shares to my wife Elizabeth and my adopted daughter Margaret Foley subject to the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will this 15th day of February 1910 Edward Phelan. Signed by the above named Edward Phelan as and for his last will in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses James W. Buckle James Moriarty
