In re: EDWARD J. O誰EIL. DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen This is the last will of me Edward J. O誰eil of St. John痴 Farmer

First I devise and bequeath to my wife Alice my land and dwelling house and its contents for and during her lifetime whilst she remains unmarried. I also will and desire that my two daughters Alice and Ellen, shall have a home with their mother until they are otherwise provided for.

Secondly I devise and bequeath to my son Richard, upon the death of my wife or if she may marry, the said dwelling house and land for his sole and separate property.

I hereby appoint my wife Alice executrix of this my will hereby revoking any other former one made by me. In witness whereof I have hereto my hand set and subscribed at St. John痴 Topsail Road this 7th day of July A.D. 1915.
