Will of Edward J. O誰eil

In re: EDWARD J. O誰EIL. DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen This is the last will of me Edward J. O誰eil of St. John痴 Farmer

First I devise and bequeath to my wife Alice my land and dwelling house and its contents for and during her lifetime whilst she remains unmarried. I also will and desire that my two daughters Alice and Ellen, shall have a home with their mother until they are otherwise provided for.

Secondly I devise and bequeath to my son Richard, upon the death of my wife or if she may marry, the said dwelling house and land for his sole and separate property.

I hereby appoint my wife Alice executrix of this my will hereby revoking any other former one made by me. In witness whereof I have hereto my hand set and subscribed at St. John痴 Topsail Road this 7th day of July A.D. 1915. Edward O誰eil Signed by the said testator as and for his last will in our presence, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto our hands subscribed as witnesses, Edward Hartery F.J. Morris.

(Listed in the margin next to this will the following) Fiat Mar 25/16 C.J. Probate Mar 30/16 granted to Alice O誰eil Estate sworn at $500.00
