Will of Edward O’Neil

In re: EDWARD O'NEIL. DECEASED.

This is the last will and Testament of me Edward O’Neil of Lawrence of Topsail Road in the County of St. John’s West made this tenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and Seventeen.

I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my uncle Thomas Brennan of Topsail Road St. John’s West to be my Executor, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I give and bequeath unto my mother, Mary Brennan all my possessions, namely a house adjoining that owned by Mr. Peter O’Neil together with ground on which it is built and also my life Insurance with the New York Life Insurance Co. valued (Policy) at one thousand Dollars and everything else I am owner of. (Sgd) Edward O’Neill of Las.

Signed by the said Testator Edward O’Neill of Las. in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
