IN RE: EDWARD MCHALE. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me, Edward McHale of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Railway Construction Foreman. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my wife Anna McHale the Executrix of this my will.
I give and bequeath to my said wife all my property of whatsoever kind I die possessed including in particular my money on deposit in the Bank of Montreal and the Royal Bank of Canada the freehold property on Hamilton Street on which I at present reside and the amount secured by mortgage on property on Leslie Street to hold the same unto my said wife for her own use absolutely
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this twenty-ninth day of March in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine Hundred and ten Edward McHale Signed Published and Declared by the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in presence of us, who at his request and in his presence hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution thereof T Fitzgibbon W.
