Will of Edward Kielley

In re EDWARD KIELLEY DECEASED.

(This will is spelled Kielley and Koellay in the will and Kiellay in the will index)

This is the last will of me Edward Kielley of Saint John*s Surgeon I devise and bequeath all my estate and effects real and personal wheresoever situate unto my dear wife during the term of her natural life and upon her decease the same shall revert unto my sons Edward J. Kielley and William B. Kielley their heirs administrators & executors And I hereby appoint my dear wife and my son Edward J. Kielley my sole executors.

signed published and declared by the said Edward Kiellay as his last will in our presence this sixth day of March A.D. 1855,
