Will of Edward Peter Hughes

IN RE:   EDWARD PETER HUGHES.    DECEASED

In the name of God Amen:- I Edward Peter Hughes, Engineer, of St. John's make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time hitherto made: I give, devise, and bequeath, to my beloved wife Nora Frances, all the property I possess in N. F. Land, including the house and lot known as 106 Pleasant St together with all the furniture, clothing and books, in said house, all money in Bank of Montreal and the proceeds of my life insurance. I direct that one hundred dollars be paid to my brother John W Hughes of Tignish, fifty dollars to each of sisters Mary Chaisson of Tignish P.E.I. and Alice Fitzgerald of Kildare capes P.E.I. and I desire that one hundred dollars be paid for masses for the repose of my soul.

I appoint my beloved wife Nora Frances my executrix.
