September 2nd, 1919.

This document is to take place of my will and is for the guidance of my executors Edward English and Annie English Having already made over my property as per documents in my safe, which disposes of houses and land there is a mortgage of $500 on Samuel Days house on Holloway Street paying 7 per cent the principal and interest to divided between my executors Edward and Annie English.

Whatever books and furniture I possess to be divided between my three children Edward, Annie and Frank, and to be divided as they think best each to have an equal share.

A mortgage on Kents property to be taken and managed by my son Edward as he thinks best the amount is about $325 more or less as my books will show, he has authorized me to sell the property and pay myself as yet I have not decided, but think possibly that my son Edward may be inclined to buy later, that is if he considered it was to his advantage to do so.

Two debentures one for $1000 at 4 per cent deposited in Royal Bank of Canada, the other a War loan for $1000 at 6 ½ per cent both to be the property of my daughter Annie, another document also deposited there was a loan to the K of Columbus building for $500 at 6 per cent to be the property of my daughter Margaret (residing in Brooklyn New York)

Any cash in the Bank to be divided between my children after expenses are paid. The land on which Summers house is built (adjoining the store on corner of Queens Road and Prescott Street) I give to my son for the use of himself and his children Edward Dermot and Jack English.
