Will of Edward Cantwell

IN RE:   EDWARD CANTWELL.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Cantwell of Torbay in the Electoral District of St John's East in the Island of Newfoundland, Farmer.

I revoke all former Wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my wife Catherine Cantwell to be the Executrix of this my Will.

I give and bequeath all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed to my said wife for her own use absolutely.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this Third day of May Anno Domini One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-four.

Signed Published and Declared by the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at his request and in his presence hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof, the same having been first read over and also explained to the Testator who appeared to perfectly understand the same, and who signed the same by making his mark thereto in our presence.
