In re EDWARD FLYNN deceased This is the last will and testament of me Edward Flynn of St. John’s Cooper I hereby give devise and bequeath all the property goods chattels credits and effects of every description of which I shall die possessed to my beloved wife Alice and I hereby appoint her sole Executrix of this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed at St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland this 14th day of February A.D. 1907. Edward his X mark Flynn. Signed published and declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto our hands subscribed as witnesses (The said testator having signed this will by making his mark thereto it having been first read over and explained to him in our presence) A.W.
