    DONALD M. BROWNING. Deceased.

    This is the last will and testament of me Donald M. Browning of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Registrar of the Supreme Court. I appoint my brother John Browning executor of this my will. I give (1) to the Feild Spencer Association the sum of Five hundred dollars (2) to the Church of England Board of Education for St. John’s one thousand dollars (3) to the trustees of the Church of England Orphanage fifteen hundred dollars.
I give to Miss M.B. Garland the sum of two thousand dollars,     I give to my brothers and nephews the sum of two thousand dollars each.     All the rest residue and remainder of my estate I give to my sisters Elizabeth and Mary in equal shares as tenants in common.     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 9th day of June nineteen hundred and thirteen.     D.M. Browning.
