In the name of God Amen- I Dennis Byrne of St. John’s Cooper being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and ordain the following as and for my last will and testament- After the payment of all my just debts and liabilities I will and bequeath all lands tenements monies goods chattels and effects which I may be possessed of or entitled to to my beloved wife Mary whom I appoint executrix to this my last will and testament- Dated this 24 day March A.D. 1869.
