In re DAVID WALSH. DECEASED. St. John’s Hospital, May 17, 1856. I David Walsh due hereby agree and give up to Andrew Shallow of Renews all my land &c. situated in Agifort One peice of land situated in a place called the Black Rock on the south side of Agifort and on the north 1 peice of land & dwelling house on a place called anther Bevy to the said Andrew Shallow and the said to put it to the best advantage for me And the following to be paid out of it To John Costollow 5/- to Mr. James Carter - To John White And the remainder to be give to the clergy for the good of my soul.David his X mark Walsh.
