In re DAVID TASKER. DECEASED. To my brother James Tasker and my my nephew Andrew Tasker I David Tasker being about to leave Greenock for St. John*s Newfoundland think it desireable and proper to arrange and settle my affairs so as to prevent any difference between my bothers James and John after my death. I give and bequeath to my brother James Tasker all the monies and effects I may die possessed of with the exception of the following legacies, viz, to my brother John Tasker I leave the sum of two hundred pounds to be paid to him by my executors when convenient for them to do after my death And I leave to my nephew Andrew Tasker the sum of fifty pounds as a recompence for any trouble he may have in my affairs And I hereby appoint my brother James Tasker and my nephew Andrew Tasker my executors to see this my last will executed which I write and give at Greenock this twenty nineth day of March one thousand eight hundred and forty seven(Signed) David Tasker.
