The last will and testament of David Roach
I Here with in the full possession of my mind and senses I bequit to my Daughter Ann that strip of land up to Roaches Wall for her and her sucksessors for ever All the rest of the land have to stand till after my death After my death I lave to my wife Ann that piece of cultivated land from the upper part of Peter Cahills House accross to my house after her death it becomes Martins I lave to my son Martin after my death all the cultivated and uncultivated land at Lance cove I lave to my Daughter Ann room in the pound to keep a horse for her and her successers I lave to my wife Ann my house while she live to become my son Martins after her death the dressor will stand where it is she can please herself about the rest of the furniture I lave to my son Martin my part of my Stag and my flake I lave to my wife Ann my horse and car but Martin is to have the use of them as always In case that I die at present what ever money is in the house I lave to my wife Ann but she have to bury me and give five dollars for masses for my sole DAVID ROACH James Roach David Roach
