Will of Cynthia Davis

IN RE:   CYNTHIA DAVIS.    DECEASED

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me Cynthia Davis of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Spinster.

I give devise and bequeath all property of every description both real and personal of which I may die possessed to my daughter Hazel Marshall Davis.

I appoint Fred R. Emerson, Solicitor, to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this Nineteenth day of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand Nine hundred and nineteen.

SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time, who in her presence and at her request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. The same having been first read over and explained to the said Testatrix and approved of by her.
