Bay Bulls Novr 26 1912 The last will and Testament of Cornelius O'Brien of Bay Bulls

I Cornelius O'Brien do give and bequeath to my wife Mary O'Brien her heirs and successors my old Homestead, consisting of Dwelling House, shop, store, and out-houses, and kitchen garden on the west side of the house, and hen yard in the rear of the stable, To have and to hold to suit her own convenience from this day forward, and whatever money is left after my funeral expenses is held is also to be hers, together with the furniture and whatever belongs to the house also to be hers.

I also give and bequeath to my sons Arthur Edward O'Brien and Francis Patrick O'Brien all my water-side property, known as my Fishing room and everything belonging to the fishery, also my gardens and meadows situated in Bay Bulls Harbour, and my land on Moakler's Road and Walkers Saw pit, all to be equally divided between them. The Horse and Carriage and all farming utensils is also to be theirs, signed C. O'Brien witness Francis Patrick O'Brien Patrick O'Brien
