Will of Clement Alcock

In re: CLEMENT ALCOCK. DECEASED

This is the Last will and Testament of me. Clement Alcock, of St. Johns in the Island of Newfoundland, Assistant Registrar of Shipping. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint Henry W. Le Messurier of St. John's aforesaid, Assistant Collector of Customs, the Executor of this my will. I give and bequeath all my property of whatsoever kind to my wife Sophy Alcock for her own use and benefit.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 3rd day of January A.D. 1910 C. Alcock Signed, Published, and Declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and at his request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof.
