In re: CHARLES J. VAVASOUR. DECEASED. To divide the land held jointly between my brother Ralph and myself equally, the upper or Northern half to be taken over by the said Ralph VaVasour and the lower or Southern half with the erection thereon to be sold and the proceeds to be given to some special object as my executor may elect for the benefit of the Church of St Michael & All Angels, Casey St, St. John’s. To collect my life insurance due under policy with the "Mutual" of Canada and to pay all my burial expenses, put concrete kerb around plot in Cemetery and erect headstones to my own and my mothers graves, the balance to be deposited in a Savings bank together with any other money I may possess and or any money due me from any source and to be used for the support of my father, Hugh Vavasour, the balance if any to be used to defray my fathers burial expenses. I give and bequeath to my father, Hugh Vavasour, my bed, Bureau Washstand and Wardrobe also all my personal and bed clothing. I give and bequeath to my brother- Michelemus Albert VaVasour my interest or share in Stock in trade and shop known as C. & A. Vavasour. |
