In re     CHARLES S. PINSENT     deceased

    The last will and testament of me Charles Speare Pinsent of St. John’s in the Colony of Newfoundland Gentleman.    I bequeath all property that I may die possessed of or become entitled to unto my wife Blanche for the benefit of herself and my child or children in such manner as she may deem desirable-     I appoint my said wife Blanche the executrix of this my will-     Dated at St. John’s Newfoundland the twentieth day of April A.D. one thousand eight hundred & eighty-five.     C.S. Pinsent.     Signed published and declared as and for the last will and testament of the said Charles Speare Pinsent in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.     Prescott Emerson.     Charles Emerson.
