In re: CHARLES HICKS PROWSE. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Charles Hicks Prowse of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Engineer. I give devise and bequeath unto my son Charles Samuel Prowse all and singular whatsoever lands goods chattals monies and effects I may die possessed of to hold the same in his own right absolutely and for ever. And I nominate and appoint my said son Charles Samuel Prowse to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I the said Charles Hicks Prowse have hereunto set my hand at St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland this second day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven Charles H. Prowse.
Signed by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who present at the same time in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Isabel Gamberg J.A. Clift Solicitor
