In re: CHARLES R. DUDER DECEASED.
Saint John’s Nfld.
November 26th, 1919.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles R. Duder of Saint John’s Nfld. Being of sound mind and body I hereby bequeath devise and give to my beloved wife Edith all my property of which I may die possessed both personal and of any other description. It is to be absolutely for her own personal use and for her disposition as she may desire without claim except for debts of which I may die indebted including funeral expenses of these I desire them to be of the most inexpensive kind.
