IN RE: CHARLES CRITCH. DECEASED
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me CHARLES CRITCH of Saint John's. Fisherman.
1. I appoint my son John Critch of Saint John's Fisherman, Executor of this my will.
2. I give devise, and bequeath to the said John Critch, my dwelling house, and fishing premises, situate at the Battery in Saint John's, and all my share and interest in the fishing business, carried on by him and me in partnership and in the Nets, Traps, Boats and fishing Gear and utensils belonging to the said partnership, provided and upon the conditions that he support and maintain his mother during her life.
3. I give, devise, and bequeath to my Wife Mary Ann Critch, all the residue and remainder of my Estate and effects, Money and Property of every description absolutely.
WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this 6th day of January Anno Domini, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nineteen. CHARLES his X mark CRITCH
