Will of Catherine Walsh

In re: CATHERINE WALSH. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, Catherine Walsh, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my daughter Mary the Executrix of this my will. I give and bequeath to my said daughter Mary and my daughter Fannie all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed, including in particular my leasehold house and premises No. 47 Mullock Street, and my household furniture: TO HOLD the said property in equal shares as tenants in common.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s aforesaid, this nineteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen. Mrs. Catherine Walsh Signed published and declared by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at her request and in her presence hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution thereof.
