In re: CATHERINE WALSH. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, Catherine Walsh, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my daughter Mary the Executrix of this my will. I give and bequeath to my said daughter Mary and my daughter Fannie all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed, including in particular my leasehold house and premises No. 47 Mullock Street, and my household furniture: TO HOLD the said property in equal shares as tenants in common.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John’s aforesaid, this nineteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
