In re CATHERINE FAGAN. DECEASED.
This is the last will and Testament of I Catherine Fagan of St. John*s widow hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made I give devise and bequeath to my son Michael and my daughter Mary wife of Samuel Joy all the property of every description which I may die possessed of to be equally divided between them share and share alike I will and devise that should my said son Michael die during the lifetime of my said daughter Mary without leaving surviving him any children the part of the pr
operty bequeathed him shall become the property of my said daughter Mary wife of said Samuel Joy should my said daughter Mary die during the lifetime of my said son Michael then on the death of my said son Michael the part bequeathed him shall descend to my said daughter Mary*s next of kin I appoint my said daughter Mary executrix of this my will
St. John*s April 4th 1891. Catherine her X mark Fagan.
Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other having hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the words "signed in the presence of each other" having been first printed
