In re: CATHERINE EVERETT. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Catherine Everett of Petty Harbor in the Electoral district of St. John’s west in the Island of Newfoundland widow.

First I devise and bequeath unto my grand nephew James Everett at present residing with me and son of the late Andrew Everett all that piece or parcel of land belonging to me and situate on the Forest Pond road Goulds in the aforesaid district this piece or parcel of land is not to be sold or assigned by the said James Everett or his representatives to any person other than a blood relation of the Everett family.

Secondly I devise and bequeath unto my said grand nephew James Everett aforesaid all my interest in the land and premises situate at Petty Harbor aforesaid and portion of which is at present occupied by me.

I hereby appoint James Howlett of the Goulds aforesaid sole executor of this my last will and testament.

I hereby revoke all testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.

In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed by making my mark at the Goulds aforesaid this twenty third day of October Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and four

Signed by said testatrix as and for her last will and testament by making her mark in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the word "lands" on line thirty page one having been first inserted and the will read over and explained
