In re: CATHERINE BRADSHAW. DECEASED. FIRST. I appoint my son Francis W. Bradshaw my Executor. SECOND. I give devise and bequeath my messuage and premises known as No. 39 Military Road St. John’s to my daughter Isabel W. Cleary absolutely. THIRD. I give and bequeath all my household furniture goods chattels and effects to my said daughter Isabel W. Cleary. FOURTH. I give devise and bequeath my messuage and premises known as No. 41 Military Road and at present occupied by him to my son Frederick L. Bradshaw absolutely. FIFTH. I direct that all my funeral and testamentary expenses and any debts and death duties be paid out of the residue of my Estate and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath said residue to my children Francis W. Bradshaw, Jeanette Mitchell and Alice W. Pidgeon in equal shares. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Catherine Bradshaw have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this 31st day of March A.D. 1924.
