Catherine Bradshaw

In re: CATHERINE BRADSHAW. DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Bradshaw of St. John’s N.F. Widow.

FIRST. I appoint my son Francis W. Bradshaw my Executor.

SECOND. I give devise and bequeath my messuage and premises known as No. 39 Military Road St. John’s to my daughter Isabel W. Cleary absolutely.

THIRD. I give and bequeath all my household furniture goods chattels and effects to my said daughter Isabel W. Cleary.

FOURTH. I give devise and bequeath my messuage and premises known as No. 41 Military Road and at present occupied by him to my son Frederick L. Bradshaw absolutely.

FIFTH. I direct that all my funeral and testamentary expenses and any debts and death duties be paid out of the residue of my Estate and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath said residue to my children Francis W. Bradshaw, Jeanette Mitchell and Alice W. Pidgeon in equal shares.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Catherine Bradshaw have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this 31st day of March A.D. 1924. KATE BRADSHAW.
Signed by the above-named Testatrix in the presence of us both being present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
