Will of Caroline Wood Evans

In re: CAROLINE WOOD EVANS. DECEASED.

This is the last will and Testament of me Caroline Wood Evans of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, widow;-

1st I revoke all former wills

2nd I leave all the land situate on Kings Bridge Road and Circular Road in St. John's together with the two dwelling houses and all other erections thereon unto my nephew James St. Pierre Knight, free of succession duty.

3rd I appoint my brother in law, James R. Knight and my nephew, James St. Pierre Knight, executors of this my will. Dated at St. John's Newfoundland this 21st day of July A.D. one thousand nine hundred and sixteen. Carrie W Evans.

Signed Published and Declared by the said Testatrix as and for her last will and Testament in our presence who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses R.A. De Bourke Herbert Knight.
