IN RE: BRIDGET WILLIAMS. DECEASED
The last will and testament of me Bridget Williams of St. John's I appoint Martin W Furlong of St. John's my executor I direct that all my debts funeral & testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease all my interest in the lands & premises in St. John's at present in the occupancy of Franklin & Co I leave to my executor in trust to collect the rent thereof and pay out of the same annually - To the Rev. Fr. MacDermott or such other priest as to my executor shall seem right the sum of Twenty dollars;
- To Kate Hunt for her life the sum of Twenty dollars & after her death to be divided between my son & daughter hereafter mentioned;
- To Jeremiah Williams my son Twenty two dollars;
- To Mary Joseph Gullivan my daughter Twenty-two dollars the survivor of my children to take the share of the deceased in this bequest.
The residue of my estate in goods property & money I leave to my son & daughter share & share alike Dated the 27th day of September 1910 Bridget her x mark Williams Signed by the Testatrix by making her mark after the same was read over & explained to her in our presence who in her presence at her request & in the presence of each other subscribed the same as witnesses, the words "the rent & the word "two" initialed by us having been first written.
