In re BRIDGET 0'NEIL DECEASED. Saint John痴 August 18th 1855. Whereas I Bridget O誰eill being in sound mind and right judgment do bequeath and make over all monies and property unto my brother John O誰eill of Fermeuse and appoint him as my heir and executor to receive and to hold all monies, to wit all money invested in Newfoundland Savings Bank, and Debenture, held under the Colonial Government albeit the said John O誰eill is to pay four pounds to each of the Nuns of Fermeuse and also the sum of four pounds to the Revd. James Murphy of the said Fermeuse and also John O誰eill aforesaid is to pay whatever expenses incurred during my illness.In witness whereof I affix my hand and seal this eighteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and fifty five A.D.
