In re: BRIDGET MAHER. DECEASED.
In the name of God Amen. This is the last will and Testament of me Bridget Maher of St. John's widow
First. It is my will and desire that my executrix hereinafter appointed shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses
Second I will devise and bequeath to my first cousin Margaret Bambrick now residing and who have resided during her lifetime, with me all the moneys goods stock in trade and furniture of every description whatsoever of which I shall die possessed of for her sole use support and benefit.
Thirdly I hereby appoint the said Margaret Bambrick executrix of this my last will hereby revoking all further or other wills that may have been made by me.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John's this 10th day of April A.D. 1906. Bridget Maher
signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament, in our presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereto our hands subscribed as witnesses Margaret Bambrick F.J. Morris
