IN RE: BRIDGET DWYER. DECEASED
This is the last will of me Bridget Dwyer of St Johns Newfoundland Spinster and I revoke all former wills by me made I appoint Dr William M Scully executor of this my will. I give to my niece Florrie wife of said executor my piano and the picture named "Coming of age" (2) I give to my nephew Frederick Dwyer the farming implements I die possessed of but my executor must approve of this bequest before my nephew shall be entitled to said implements should he not approve these implements shall be part of the residue of my estate. (3) The residue of my estate I give to my two nieces Elizabeth and Catherine Kelly in equal shares as tenants in common In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my will at St Johns aforesaid this 30th day of July 1918. BRIDGET DWYER. Signed by the testatrix Bridget Dwyer as and for her last will in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. Jas J. McGrath Margaret Cowan. This is a Codicil to my last will dated 30th July 1918 wherein I appointed Dr W. T. Scully my executor as he is now dead I appoint my niece Margaret A. Kelly my sole executrix. Witness my hand at St Johns Nfld this 31st Oct 1925. B. DWYER.
