IN RE: BRIDGET CARROLL. DECEASED
This is the last will and testament of me Bridget Carroll of Saint John's widow:-
1. I will and direct that my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall first be paid out of my general estate.
2. I bequeath my interest in the dwelling house and premises I now live in situate No 13 Kickham Place unto my son Michael Carroll at present residing in British Columbia in accordance with an agreement already made between him and me.
3. I bequeath my interest in the tenements situate in Prospect Street to my adopted son John and Mary Rahall Daughter of Thomas Rahall share and share alike, in the event of the death of my said adopted son John I direct that his share shall go to my said son Michael. My wedding ring to go to John after his death to Michael.
4. I direct that my household furniture and personal belongings shall go to my adopted daughter Margaret Mullins and the said Mary Rahall share and share alike John F. Hanlon to be my executor Saint John's February 5th A.D. 1911. -------- Bridget her X mark Carroll.
