In re BRIDGET ALLAN. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Bridget Allan of St. John’s Newfoundland Widow-I give devise and bequeath to my friend Ellen Meehan of same place Widow all my right title and interest in the dwelling houses and buildings situate in Tubrids Lane and Cathedral Hill as well as any moneys and effects of every description that I may be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my death in trust for the joint use and benefit of my four children viz Catherine, Isabel, Charles and James until they shall respectively attain the age of twenty one years after which period it is my will and desire that all my said property before mentioned shall be divided equally amongst my said four children above named share and share alike and I hereby appoint the said Ellen Meehan sole executrix under this my last will and testament- In witness whereof I the said Bridget Allan have hereunto set my hand and seal at St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland this twelfth day of August Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy five.
