IN RE: BESSIE MCINTYRE. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me Bessie McIntyre, of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow.
First - I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time made.
Secondly - I give, devise and bequeath all my property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate to my Executor hereinafter named In Trust to divide the same equally between Maggie Sanderson, of Hamilton, Ontario, (the daughter of Catherine Meikle and niece of my late husband James McIntyre) and Mary Manning, of Vancouver, married woman, my niece.
Thirdly - I appoint L. Alexander Diamond of St. John's, aforesaid, Tinsmith, the Executor of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's, aforesaid, this 31st day of July, A.D. 1922.
