Will of Anne O’Conor from Newfoundland will books volume 4 pages 239-240 probate year 1883.

In re
          Anne O’Connor deceased.

In the name of God Amen.     I Ann O’Conor of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland widow do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament     First I direct that all my just and lawful debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be duly paid-     Secondly I give devise and bequeath all my property moneys goods chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my brother Edward Power with whom I am now residing for his own absolute use and benefit and I do hereby nominate and appoint him executor of this my will and lastly I do hereby revoke and declare void all wills by me heretofore made.     Dated at St. John’s aforesaid this 12th day of March 1883.     Anne O’Conor.     Signed by the said Anne O’Conor in presence of Robert J. Kent, Thomas Prendergast.
