And I hereby appoint my said son Joseph Tyndall sole executor of this my will and I hereby revoke and annul all former wills heretofore made by me In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of December Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight- Ann Tyndall (LS) Signed sealed published and declared by the said testatrix Ann Tyndall as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in the presence of her and of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses the words "or elsewhere" "in Surinam or" and "of Newfoundland" being first interlined_ Robt Prowse- Samuel Mudge- Certified correct, D.
