In re: ANN LAKEMAN. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Anne Lakeman of St. John’s widow of Wm. Lakeman.

First, I will and bequeath all my interest in a property situate on Wood St. St. John’s in two divisions the upstairs portion of the double tenement thereon I bequeath to my daughter Mary Jane widow of the late Bartholomew Brown and the downstairs tenement to John Lakeman son of my daughter Agnes at present with John Bulger Torbay as an apprentice to the Blacksmith trade.

I appoint John P. Grace of St. John’s Tax gatherer as the executor of this my last will and testament

Signed published and declared to and for her last will and testament at St. John’s this 20th July 1896 in our presence who in her presence and in presence of each other have hereto subscribed and set our names as witnesses the same having been first read over and explained.
