Will of Ann Haney

IN RE:   ANN HANEY.    DECEASED

In the name of God Amen

I, Ann Haney of St. John's Widow of James Haney of same place, do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and Testament.

First I will and direct, that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid.

Secondly I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Katie Haney all my property, estate, and effects of every nature and kind, to hold the same in trust for the use and benefit of herself and all and each of my other children who shall survive me, share and share alike.

I hereby appoint my said daughter Katie haney to be the executrix of this my will.

ANN her X mark HANEY

Signed published and declared by me said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in our presence, who in her presence and at her request, and in the presence of each other, have hereto subscribed our hands as witnesses this 21st day of February 1910 having been first read over and explained to the said testatrix.
