IN RE: ANN LOUISA BENNETT. DECEASED
This is the last will and testament of me Louisa Ann Bennett of St. John's Widow
1. I revoke all Wills heretofore by me made.
2. I appoint Henry Wyatt my son-in-law sole executor of this my last will and testament.
3. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Louisa Wyatt all my personal property and effects except the furniture in my house.
4. All the rest residue and remainder of my property both real and personal I bequeath to my children, Arthur Charles Bennett, Charles Fox Bennett, Elizabeth Mary Bennett, Minetta Fanny Pike, and Louisa Wyatt share and share alike. In the event of the death of any of the aforesaid children before me his or their share shall become the property of Elizabeth Mary Bennett in addition to the share bequeathed her by this paragraph 4 of my will. Should Elizabeth Mary Bennett predecease me her share and any other lapsed shares I bequeath to my daughter Minetta Fanny Pike. St. John's October 3rd 1924. LOUISA ANN BENNETT.
