In re ANDREW EDWARDS. DECEASED.
This is the last will and Testament of me Andrew Edwards of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland carpenter. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property goods and effects of every description unto my wife Elizabeth Edwards during her life time and after her death I give devise and bequeath the said property goods and effects unto my two sons Joseph and Patrick Edwards for their own absolute use and benefit
I appoint my wife Elizabeth Edwards sole executrix of this my will.
Dated at St. John's this 5th day of January A.D. 1904. Andrew his X mark Edwards.
Signed by the said Testator Andrew Edwards in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereto subscribe our names as witnesses (having been first read over and explained.
