Will of Anastatia Purcell

IN RE:   ANASTATIA PURCELL.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me Anastatia Purcell of Saint John's Widow.

    1. I give devise and bequeath the downstairs portion of my house Number 5 Barnes Place to Thomas Buckley of Saint John's Machinist for his life and after his death to go to his son Ronald Buckley.

    2. I give devise and bequeath to my nephew Ronald Buckley son of said Thomas Buckley the upstairs portion of my house Number 5 Barnes Place forever and absolutely.

    3. I appoint my nephew Ronald Buckley executor of this my Will.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John's aforesaid this first day of September Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty four.

SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses.
