Will of Amelia Harvey

In re: AMELIA HARVEY. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me Amelia Harvey of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland, married woman, and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Amelia Bertha Harvey all and whatsoever property, estate and effects, including all moneys I may have invested, of which I shall die possessed to receive and hold the same for her sole and separate use and benefit. I hereby appoint my said daughter Amelia Bertha Harvey executrix of this my will.

In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this seventeenth day of July Anno Domini Nineteen hundred and three. Amelia Harvey Signed and declared by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.
