In re: ALLAN MANN. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Allan Mann of St. John’s Newfoundland engineer. I hereby revoke all former and other wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath all the lands buildings and personal and other chattels of which I die possessed unto my wife Margaret Mann and I hereby appoint my said wife Margaret executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John’s aforesaid this nineteenth day of December Anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty nine.

Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who in the presence of the testator and of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as such witnesses the day and year last before written.
