Will of Allan Findlater

In re: ALLAN FINDLATER. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Allan Findlater of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, Accountant.

I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and Testament.

I give devise and bequeath all my estate and property real and personal of which I may die possessed to my beloved wife Elizabeth Findlater absolutely.

I appoint my said wife Elizabeth Findlater sole executrix of this my will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Allan Findlater have hereunto set my hand at St. John’s aforesaid this twelfth day of July A.D. 1922. A. FINDLATER.

Signed published and declared as his last will and testament by the testator in our presence who in his presence and the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
