Will of Alice O'Neill

IN RE:   ALICE O'NEILL.    DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me, Alice O'Neill, of St. John's, Widow.

I revoke all former wills by me at any time made, and I appoint my nephew, William Cullen, of Torbay, Cabman, the Executor of this my Will.

I give and bequeath to my said nephew for his own use absolutely all the property of whatsoever kind I may die possessed.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this Seventeenth day of July, A.D. 1922.

Signed Published and Declared by the Testatrix as and for her last Will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who at her request and in her presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof, the same having been first read over and explained to the testatrix, who appeared perfectly to understand the same and who signed the same by making her mark thereto in our present.
