Will of Alice Flynn

IN RE:   ALICE FLYNN.    DECEASED

In the name of God Amen.
I Alice Flynn of St. John's, Widow of Edward Flynn, late of St. John's, Cooper, deceased make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills.

1. I hereby nominate and appoint Rose Shortall, my daughter, wife of Thomas Shortall of st. John's, Executrix of this my will, directing her as soon as possible after my death to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.

2. I give devise and bequeath unto my said daughter Rose Shortall for her sole use and benefit all monies, goods, property and effects of which I shall die possessed.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's this 17th day of August 1922.

Signed published and declared by the said Alice Flynn as and for her last will and testament in our presence who in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses on the date above written, the said will being previously read over to the said Alice Flynn and explained to her.
