IN RE: ALFRED EUSTACE. DECEASED
This is the last Will and Testament of me Alfred Eustace given signed and delivered at Torbay in the District of St. John's East in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and nineteen on the Twenty first day of April.
I Alfred Eustace being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last Will and Testament revoking and annulling all former wills and Codicils made or given by me.
I give and bequeath to my wife Eliza Eustace all I now own or shall hereafter acquire to be held by her absolutely until her death. I give and bequeath the aforesaid property that I now own or shall hereafter acquire to my son in law William Field after the death of my wife Eliza Eustace with the proviso that he use it for the benefit of his children by my daughter Jeanette Field and after his death must will it to them. I appoint my son in law William Field as Executor of this my last Will and Testament. ALFRED EUSTACE. Signed in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto affixed our names as attested witnesses. Arthur E. Tulk B.A. George Eustace.
